While it’s funny that this happened in Florida, it’s even funnier that the story in the Florida-based site has it ’s facts mixed-up.

The Headline says the man is celebrating his 32nd birthday, but the article says it’s his 23rd. (of course they may have fixed it by the time you click-through…)
